Solved Windows 8 update error 80242009

I just started getting this error today. It's a Microsoft Office 2013 update error, but I can find nothing by searching for it. I ran the automated update repair tool a couple of times but it did nothing. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Edit: I was able to download the update and install it, but Windows update still tries to install it and fails.

Try this combo:

It would seem I'm not alone. When I searched for this error earlier I guess not many people had tried this update as yet.

Edit: Yesterday the update went through and the error message is gone.
