Solved windows 8 activation question

I have a custom built computer and I want to know if I buy windows 8 can I move it pc to pc? If no what happens if I change my motherboard or the SSD with windows on it? Is there anyway to be capable of changing some of my parts without having problem with windows license?

The upgrade Windows 8 has a retail product key number, so you will be able to use it to activate on any computer. You of course must have it removed from any other computer before activating on another computer.

If I take the upgrade can I install it without having a os already install
