Hi all,
I've been doing the various KB 2667602 over the past week or so. During the process, my Canon printer got messed up & my .PST was partially corrupted (what else is new), but I hadn't gotten around to dealing with either, or running SCANPST.EXE yet. Last night I did the most recent release of 2667602 (141.3327.01) and ended up with a BSOD. On reboot, I discovered that Outlook would not launch, that SCANPST.EXE can no longer be found on my drive, and IE10 is crashing left & right as soon as I try to load a page or interact with a page.
Seeing as I've already been through the Win8 update wringer & have done the whole "refresh" and reinstall everything, I'm not too keen to have to do that all over. Praying someone out there has a simpler solution.
I'm running Win8 on a brand new HP Envy box, using Win defender.
Any thoughts?
TIA,
CarCar
