Lenovo Ideapad z580 - I also had this problem with a lot of Windows 7 updates and never resolved it. I upgraded to Windows 8 pro and refreshed 2 times since upgrading. I also cannot get a single driver listed on the Lenovo website to work, even the ones listed as Windows 8 x64 drivers.

Don't worry too much about these updates, in a few weeks time there will be more updates and these will be included, while you wait just disable any third party security and try, for basic protection Windows Defender is good enough IMHO.

I'm having the same problem with these two; KB2769165, KB2770917. I have now "hidden" them so it will be interesting to see what happens when new updates are available.
