Can not update windows. Error 8024401C always.

I can not update the windows. It checks for updates for long time and in the end it says 8024401C error always.

I tried running windows trouble shooter as administrator on windows update and it detects two issues and shows that they are fixed, but the update still don't run. Then, if I run the trouble-shooter again it again detects the same two issues and shows that they are fixed and nothing happens.Any help?

I do not use any proxy. I use simple mobile GPRS internet to connect to internet.
I am able to update windows defender.

hi i got the same problem "error-code-8024401c" and i tried this use cmd as administrator and write slc/scannow.
that worked for me i hope that will work for you.by
