After install windows 8 Pro I tried to do updates, when asked to reboot I get the windows logo and twirling dots. System tries to reset can not reset I have to re install/recover. If I turn off updates system seems ok. I have a Gigabyte motherboard with NVIDIA video. Seems whenever I do a restart the system can not re start and I have to recover/reinstall. Also tried to install Opera and CODEC pack from IE browser and crashed, when copying setup files to hard drive they are ok to install. I have a 128 gig SSD drive not sure if this helps. I did see when the blue screen message "System thread exception not loaded". when the pc was to try and reset.
