Yep, the full installer links from Microsoft are for the same download file, but named this below instead.

Thanks much, Brink! Well done as always!

I've had a .live account since they started it. Used the link above which leads me to the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 Preview form page. It's automatically filled out as it should be, for they have record. But, when I press continue, I get a red warning message by my email address. The address is correct. (I deleted it so as not to show publically) Checked my profile and everything is correct.

There's a contact us link, so I'll send a message to them. In the meantime, would anyone know anything about this?

    Here's my screenshot.

    Hello HippsieGypsie,

I got the same error at first. It seems that the email address is case sensitive for some odd reason. They had the first letter of my hotmail address capitalized when it gave the error. I changed it to a lower case, then it worked.

Thanks again, Brink. You are surely a master at your craft!

It was that exactly. I use a couple of capital letters in my address, although it seemed to never matter before. I guess it does now. Changed it on the form and it worked. I will change in my Live and Technet profiles as well.

    Keep up the good works!

Great news. I think they just made a mistake by having it case sensitive in that application form. Usually email addresses are not case sensitive.

I have just done a painless upgrade from 2010 and it is easy peasy.

I do NOT want to store my docs in the cloud, get to them from the cloud, or run applications rom the cloud. Call me old-fashioned that way.

I don't disagree with you, but you may want to stay with Office 2010.

You still have the option to save to your PC - nobody is being forced to use Sky drive or any other cloud based service.

I've just received an email from Microsoft with a link to download Office 2013 RTM Evaluation (I'm currently evaluating The Preview). I'm downloading it now, but I'm confuse, it doesn't say if I have to uninstall the Preview first or install on top of it? Can anyone enlighten a little fellow? :)
Last summer, when office 2013 preview first came out, I opted for the binary download. I believe it was an exe file and I still have a copy of the download. But yesterday I opened up OneNote, I got prompted for an activation key. The only thing that I think might have triggered that, was that I...

Well, one of my prayers has been answered. You can disable the animations and the smooth typing "feature" of the Office 2013 Preview. When you can type fast, that smooth animation appears like a delay and the cursor is unable to keep up with your typing. Very annoying. It's a registry change...
Just wondering, what is the evaluation period for Office 2013 Customer Preview? Thanks in advance :D
