Announcing June Insider Update 17.7070 for Office Mobile

Hi Office Insiders!

We just released a new Insider update 17.7070 (or higher) for Office Mobile apps for Windows tablet and phone, available to you as a part of the Windows Insider program.

As an Office Insider, you’re first to see and use these new features, and we are eager to know what you think about them.

What’s new in 17.7070?
With this update you get the following –

• More colors for fonts and shapes in Office 2016 You can pick from a rainbow of colors for fonts, shapes, and all your formatting needs in any Office app with your 365 subscription.

• More formatting options with export to OpenDocument in Office 2016 You can export presentations, docs and spreadsheets to OpenDocument (.odp, .odt, and .ods) format for easy sharing.
• New Draw tab available for Word & PowerPoint 2016 on Windows Phone Use your fingers to write, draw, and highlight with the tools available on the new Draw tab for on-the-go productivity.
• More background formatting options for PowerPoint 2016 Customize your presentation slide by adding any background color of your choice.

• More open file options with Excel 2016 We heard your feedback and it’s here! You can now open workbooks that contain ActiveX controls in Excel.

How do I join the Office Insider Program?

If you have --

• a Windows 10 device (tablet or phone)
• an Office 365 subscription
• and are part of the Windows Insider Program,

you can get access to new features with the latest versions of Office Mobile apps, available for download from the Windows Store.
