    Windows 8 Update: IPv6, New Hardware, and Privacy

    Here's a look at some of what's coming with Windows 8 including IPv6 support, lots of hardware from Computex, and an upgrade program from Staples.

    Windows 8 has a bias in favor of IPv6 but can handle IPv4 connectivity when it's the only option, something that will help the IPv6 transition for businesses and individuals.

    Interesting information in that article from Staples.

    Staples released results of a survey it commissioned about small businesses' feelings about Windows 8. Of those who were aware of Windows 8, 70% have upgrade plans underway. The most exciting thing about Windows 8 for 28% of them is that in combination with Windows Phone, it offers similar user experiences on phones, tablets and PCs.
    So Windows 8 may not be such a flop after all.
