I was trying to do this yesterday and it didn't work for me. Do you have to move the mouse in a special way? (Fast or slow?) The Metro apps I tried all seemed to have a scroll bar at the bottom and I wondered if that meant I can't have a Taskbar for them?

I have to move it a bit past the bottom of the screen, just so cursor is not visible at all and it takes about a second to show up, it's not instant.

    Windows 8.1 'Ultimate' RTM 64 bit (Pro/WMC).

DISM shows 17031, so does IE.

I appear to have everything installed and working.

No PC Settings tile on the SS, though.

Look in Apps mode, under "Tools" section and pin it to start.
