    Many thanks for the video Brink, very helpful.
    I am looking forward to being able to pin metro apps to my taskbar, and the ability to close with the tradition X.

    Apps can now be pinned to the taskbar and have a close button. So basically a bit like Stardock ModernMix?

    I can see that it will certainly address some issues for some people.... but alas, not for me, but that's by choice. I use the task bar from XP, so I don't pin anything. Add to that the fact that I disable uac via the registry* and that pretty much writes me right out of the game, though again it's by choice.

    *That came about because when I tried to save a pic to my "c" drive, win8 wouldn't allow me.
