SP1 is a roll up of all previous updates. If you have kept up to date, I guess it is possible that you only need one last piece.

    Have a look here:

Description of Microsoft Office 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

You can check if it has been correctly installed, the "About", should have this:

You would think but mine was fully patched and my download was still 600 plus MB? The full download from Microsoft for the stand alone 64 bit edition is 774 MB. I don't know what to tell you?

Maybe Windows simply misread the size of the download. It can happen.

    davehc,
    Thanks for the ink.
I am not at home now, so I can not check anything. I will be back on Saturday will take a look to see what I have installed.
as I said before, it shows up in update history, but it gives no mention on how large the file is/was.

    Thanks
    Sven

Are there any known problems after the installation. I am still holding back to see some experience reports.

No problems here, except for the huge time it took to download on my very, very, slow connection.

I had one rule in Outlook stop working. Ironically it was the one for sorting mail from this forum. I honestly don't know if SP1 did that though as its happened before. Every once in a while a random rule will just stop working. I create a new rule with the exact same settings and it works, so go figure.

That's good to hear. Since I do not have Outlook, I guess I will be OK.

Why slipstream. Why not just install it.
