I wish they would port their games to something else because I really don't want to put up with Flash anymore either. I've been playing a browser game for a long time, and despite having an i7 and 12gb of RAM, it still is super laggy, slow, and hogs most of my CPU. Something that produces very simple 2D graphics should not be taking more resources and running slower than PayDay 2 or Diablo 3 on max settings.
Upgrading your Graphics card from 1Gb ram would make an enormous difference.

. . .could you just be a little more specific about this statement. . .

The graphics card is by far the most important factor in gaming performance.
For faster frame rates, higher resolutions, memory clock and core speeds, all have a major impact on performance,
And with the i7 CPU you should have no problems regarding a slow and laggy computer.

For 2D, most GPUs work on 300 - 40 MHz anyway and there's no large difference in 2D speed. Hacking BIOS on them is only way to force them to have higher frequency . You can check performance in CCC / Performance and see when it changes frequency according to it's load.

It's because Flash is so horribly inefficient that it doesn't matter how strong your computer is, or how little graphics the game in question actually uses.

I was making a comparison that I can run most any high end game on max settings with smooth framerate, but a BROWSER game with simple cartoony 2D sprite graphics runs very poorly, lags, and has to be refreshed every hour... despite my high end specs.

Adding more than 1GB of graphics memory would not solve the issue... What would solve the issue is these game makers to stop using flash as their platform...

I keep wondering if it's necessary to have Adobe Flash player as a stand alone on Windows 8, or is already included with Windows 8 ? Thanks for your replies.
