The ability to pin metro apps to the taskbar, and a close button on metro apps, would be very welcome for me!

I think a lot of people would be happy to see a close button on Metro apps.

Leaked Windows 8.1 Update 1 Screenshots Reveal Start Screen Improvements

Microsoft has prepared quite a lot of improvements for users in Windows 8.1 Update 1 and a set of leaked screenshots come to reveal some of them.

This time, the photos published by famous Windows leaker WZor reveal changes made to the Start screen, all of which are supposed to make both tablets and PCs easier to use and allow adopters to perform certain tasks, such as shutting down their devices, faster.....

Windows 8.1 Update 1 is expected to debut in March, according to some new reports, and is very likely to be delivered via Windows Update in order to avoid any potential downloading and installation problems that may occur when getting it from the store.

Is there any site suggestions can be made? I want control of my Start Screen tile colors back......so I don't have all the wild colors they now use.

This +100. Someone put it nicely: "those new random tile colors seems like a unicorn has vomited all over my Start Screen". I want those single color tile backgrounds back that were in Windows 8. Damn, MS, it can't be that f***ing hard.

It would be nice to be able to chose what color a tile is.

On a side note, nice to see they're finally going to put the Shutdown/Sleep/Restart button on the Start Screen in Update 1.
