    well i just checked the link from jamezb3 and it has the ( Download the Windows 8 Developer Preview ). so

    The most likely place will be where you see the Developer Preview posted presently seeing the changeover to Customer Preview. That web cast link is about the only thing found so far for anyone other then a regular MS tester.

    It seems their handling the release of 8 differently this time around not finding any sign up page to participate but will likely post it as you now see the DPreview.

Somehow a program was installed called "Windows Beta"! Messages keep popping up in the upper right hand corner of the screen. All MS subjects & it pings each time. They keep loading & cover the screen in the upper right, I can't see things in that corner, sometimes they come so fast the I have...
The screenshots is believed to be from Windows 8 build 8192 which belongs to the Beta escrow branch and so we wont see much changes in the build which would be released to public and this build. Here are the screenshots...
