Storage Spaces in Windows 8 Should Fail-Proof Hard Drives

Among the new features that Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 8 client is set to bring along, we can count Storage Spaces, an option that was mentioned before, but never actually seen in action.

There is no video to show this feature in action at the moment either, but we do have some screenshots available to have a look at, courtesy of Chinese website PCBeta.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the new feature is meant to ensure that data is safer on the hard drive through fail-proofing it against crashes.
