When are they going to fix the Bookmarks Manager and glitchy Spell Checker?
Can you elaborate a bit more?
Folders that have a lot of bookmarks in them (>1000), break the "Sort By Name" function (i.e. it won't sort them).
Pale Moon (64 bit) can sort that category of folders.
After searching for a bookmark, I can't determine its location (path) from the search results.
I have a lot of bookmarks stored in lots of folders, sub-folders, sub-sub-folders and so on.
Various sub-folders have similar names.
For example I have a top level folder for program help and a top level folder for program installer downloads.
This means I have sub-folders named "Macrium Reflect" in both of those locations (this is a trivial example).
My folder containing Windows fixes, tips, etc. has multiple levels and has sections for XP, W7 and W8.
That's just my "PC" Firefox profile.
My bookmarks got so out of control, that several years ago I created 7 different FF profiles and split my bookmarks into the appropriate profile, to try to make them easier to manage.
The Spell Checker often "gives up".
If I don't correct spelling errors when they occur, after a while the error highlighting goes away.
I have to disable it and re-enable it to get the highlighting to return.
These issues may only be occurring on my PC though (YMMV).
However they have persisted even after a complete reinstall of Windows (XP & W7) and my programs (September last year).
