    Follow this tutorial!

    or:

Insert the Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012 installation media.
At an elevated command prompt, run the following command:
    Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:<drive>:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

    Note
In this command, <drive> is a placeholder for the drive letter for the DVD drive or for the Windows 8 installation media Z. For example, you run the following command:
    Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:Z:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

There could be legitimate reasons for this, though. The leaked version might not be the real RTM. It could also be a driver issue. Regardless, if this is in fact the real RTM, how could M$ release an unfinished product?
When MS released the RTM to its vendors they said it was NOT finished and updates are coming when it goes GA on OCT 17. That is why they have not released it to MSDN or TechNet. They are working with vendors to correct any problems.

Oems have to get it in the stores in Oct. They need to be putting on the machines now. That must be what buyers will get when they open their shiny new boxes. Whole pile of updates will be waiting for them.

Think that was a problem with NVidia (still) BETA driver for 8.1 ... ATI have the same issue??

Hi, I have two laptops made by the same manufacturer and same year, but one is a dual core laptop with an SSD harddrive and the other is a quad core laptop with a regular hard drive. Both laptops run Windows 8. I would like to transfer my programs and files from the dual core to the quad core....
Hi guys. I've been looking at 2 laptops, they are basically identical but one has an Intel Core i3-4005U mobile processor and 4GB of RAM, and the other one has an AMD A4-5000 mobile processor and 6GB RAM. The guy at the store and a couple other people I know told me that the Core i3 is better than...
Hi there worked exactly as "It said on the tin". Ran the .exe file from the ISO (using the virtual mounter system in W8.1 (W8 has this too). Gave me the option to keep applications and settings (Didn't on RTM). Installed fine -- you need to DISCONNECT from the Internet at Ms account...
