    No need, I have the one I paid 」81 to Microsoft for. Not withstanding that legally I haven't "bought" it nothing prevents me from using it how I want to and having it look how I want.
    It's why we have a "Customisation" section on these forums.

    It is a high contrast theme readily available in W7 and W8.1. And I don't remember whether it is available in Vista. My Vista machine is not at this location, so I cannot check.
