    It is not a start menu. It is a full screen all programs list. Nothing interesting there.

I recently built a computer with all new parts and I can't get my video card installed. The computer doesn't seem to see the card at all and I'm also unable to install any drivers...I keep getting this error 'application install: install package failure!' whether I use the CD or download the latest...
I have used the nVidia GT 430 and the Radeon HD 7750 for my Windows 8 testing and both have worked very well in Windows 7 and 8, using the latest drivers (not beta) available from the chipset vendor.
