    Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64 bit), Linux Mint 17.1 MATE (64 bit)

    Firefox + NoScript

    FF + NoScript for me.

Other browsers (specifically Chrome & IE):
    • Don't seem to be customisable at all
    • Have all of the controls are hidden (so you have to search for them when you need use them)

I also used IE back when version 7 was released, a comeback isn't excluded at all since now I know more about how to choose a browser.

I don't like Chrome on Win8, I like it on 7 and lower...

Firefox is default now works great but isn't fast at all and for energy efficiency we'll have to go to IE again:

Microsoft has announced that its Internet Explorer browser has been awarded the title of most energy efficient browser for Windows 8.

    You're welcome.
I was surprised myself because Mr. Palant changed his mind about adblock for IE.
    Thank him.

We do have awesome browsers to choose from, but again, using IE on Win8 seem to have it's own advantages.
