While for sure, my S3 is a tiny, portable computer, when I hear(or read) the term "PC", I quite naturally think desktop computer, and nothing else.

And my daughter's calculator according to this definition is also a PC. XBOX, PS3,...

Hey, wait a minute! My Hewlett Packhard 25 programmable calculator that I purchased in 1974 while studying electronic engineering must also be a computer! Pity the graphics are restricted to numbers and letters, but what the heck! BTW it still works as good as the day I bought it!

It even has a few games ... like landing a rocket with a limited fuel supply so as to get a soft landing by firing off bursts of fuel. I still get a kick out of that!

Next thing they'll be saying is a smartphone can do everything a main frame computer can do! Tell Google how much space they could save if they swapped their acres of storage devices with portable laptops.

Google land. It occupies 115,000 square feet of space.

If you feel like you want to go with that line of thinking...
Well that's the kind of nonsense that's being peddled out here.
Well I tend to be open-minded and think logically.

    That's me though.

With all due respect, au contraire, my take is that your posts display a total lack of open-mindedness and logic.

So we'll just have to agree to disagree. Nothing to be gained by debating it point by point.

yo guys I was wondering if you could give me a quick rundown on tablets? To be honest, I used to hate the idea of tablets, but now that they are getting more and more powerful, they are kinda just like more "portable laptops". that's what I'm looking for really. I'm relatively new to...
