Same with everyone that I work with in IT. I couldn't do virtualization and SQL work on a tablet and our programmers wouldn't be able to do their jobs.

But then again, maybe that would explain why there aren't any more Apple servers... Apple pretty much skips the Business world altogether and only has the niche markets of sound/graphics while the world goes to work on Microsoft products.
I've honestly never understood why the sound/graphic artists use macs.

    Good Day:
I'm of the opinion that Microsoft may have intended to reinstate the conventional Start orb, if pushed in that direction, because if you go to C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, there you will find the Administrative Tools folder with all the shortcuts inside; however, if you go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, you find an empty Administrative Tools folder which appears in the conventional Start Menu when you use a program such as Start8 or StartIsBack. Just spitballing here, correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't know about audio, but years ago I was told Macs were better at rendering better graphics and printing due to their architecture, whereas business PCs were better at crunching numbers.

It may also have to do a bit with location, for Apple was based out of Cupertino, California where Hollywood resides about 5 hours away via highway.

They do have a much better way of handling fonts but since the hardware is the same (kind of, you can usually get the same hardware for half the cost), I would suspect that it is more of habit
