FF 20 also came with html5 h.264 support but for me it had to be enabled in about:config by setting media.windows-media-foundation.enabled to true

Just installed Firefox. It fixes the Flash problem I had with IE 10. Even in Desktop some websites that require Flash did not work and got message that needed to install Flash or if installed to enable. Could not get it to work even though Adobe site showed Flash was working. Firefox works fine without any problem with this.
