Corrected post to build 9369 compiled 8 days after build 9364 but it's 64-Bit.

I've got it downloaded via magnet, haven't installed yet.

    Some pints:

    Official Support for ReFS
    New Metro File Manager
All Apps Button in Start Screen
    Transparent Charm Bar
DWMHook 0.7 doesn't work on it

Up and running. If you are using VMWare Workstation 9(9.0.2) ensure to install VMWare Tools prior to attempting to work in "Change PC Settings," other wise you will have just a mess of a screen.

The new release is in 64 bit mode, and for an Evaluation copy it is quite fast. (More later).

Latest versions of Avast and AVG are compatible with build 9369 x64 !

Windows Vista x64 Sidebar can be ported to Blue x64

Gadgets for Windows 8 doesn't work

    ~edit~

for an Evaluation copy it is quite fast
    Build 9364 x86 is a bit more responsive than 9369 x64.

I noticed that too -- possibly because there's more code in the X-64 bit edition. It's still fine though even as a VM.

You really don't need ANY 3rd part AV software on Windows 8 -- the built in Windows defender is perfectly good enough.

The start screen with the button to list all the apps (posted elsewhere on this feature) is good but the Metro file manager is HORRIBLE -- you can't for example view contents on say C & D drives together in same window --makes cut and paste / copy files really difficult --however the standard file explorer still remains.

There should be some 97XX or even 98XX builds soon according to what I'm hearing.

Note also that build 9369 is Windows 8 PRO (not Enterprise) and it can't be activated.

    Cheers

    Head up alert:

Avast! is not properly working with build 9369.

Avast! detected a malware on my system after install which I know for fact does not have any malware since it's fresh install.

I followed the recommended to action by Avast! anyway to delete the infected file and do a boot-time scan and after boot-time scan Windows refuses to boot.

This is on direct hardware with build 9369 and just drivers installed after a fresh installation of Windows.

I'm not at all surprised since Avast! did not work the earlier build 9364 but since vrosa said it worked with build 9369 so I decided to give it a try.

I'll just re-install Windows and stick with Windows Defender for the preview like I did with the earlier build 9364.
