tseven, it's not only boring but... where are the software, the search bar (seem to replace by a menu choice), everything useful?!
For me, it's a crappy start menu. A very crappy one at that.
There will be no Start Menu in Windows 8. The Start Screen will replace the Start Menu -- Julie Larson-Green clearly revealed this at D9.
I'm really a desktop guy, but I'm starting to think about getting one of those thingsWow! It's like learning a whole new language - one that we'll HAVE to 'speak' in the future, eventually. For me, the best way to get familiar with the new interface(s) is to start using an iPad, which is at least, somewhat similar in concept.
