Whilst on the subject of XP, it's amazing how many people with XP are still using IE6 and should be using IE8.

IE8 will not help much either. You'll need a newer browser for the modern needs.

The argument was if you must use IE then get the highest available version for the OS you are using and in the case of XP, that's IE8. Of course other browsers are the user's choice.

Antivirus programs will continue to be updated, including Microsoft Security Essentials / Windows Defender.Oh, and someone once asked me what to do with their collection of VHS videos now that DVD had been invented.

I still have a few VHS tapes. They look kind of crummy on my Smart HDTV compared with my Blu-ray discs, not to mention the 3D ones, so don't get viewed much.

Solved 7955 Time Bomb in General Support
My build 7955 has failed activation today. I reckon it's the time bomb. I tried running a MSE scan and after 2 minutes it had scanned 12 items. All new red pill feature are gone too. Never mind, running 7989 now.
