I am a power user, and, came back to wi7 after 6 years on OSX, so I am still a bit rusty with all things windoze..
I like the idea of 64 bit, just wondering if that will lead to problems installing older 32 bit apps, or if win8 has solved that issue..
    thanks!

    Welcome to Eight Forums wase4711.

No problem installing 32bit programs in 64bit: Windows 8, Windows 7 or Vista.

Enjoy Win8 Pro, let us know if you have any questions.

LOL. some of you are behaving as biased as the author of the article. Not everyone is going to blindly love Win 8 simply because it was created by Microsoft.

The author is now labled a hater because he chose to point out a few flaws with the system that have been known since the first preview? Priceless....

What? The only thing the author was rated for was being a bad researcher.

There are a number of articles that are written and bring up valid points against W8 but there are just as many if not more that are written to only promote FUD or to get clicks. When the author makes points like this:

"But enterprise users won’t have such an easy time, considering Pro might be right for some operations, but Enterprise would be ideal for others."

It just shows his ignorance or lack of research as Lee noted.
