Usually installing Mac OS X to Windows or Windows to Mac OS X requires third-party software such as Parallels or VMWare Fusion or similar to first create a virtual machine then install the desired Operating System in it. You can install a Dual-boot system using two versions of Windows or Windows and a version of Linux, haven't seen any successful installs of Mac OS X as a dual-boot with Windows.
