Very sad, but expected; I Install Windows 8 on a PC with 32 GB of RAM and enable Hyper-V on it to make other OS running in VM, but I can't add it as a host in SCVMM, so I can't migrate VM from this PC to other VM hosts.
As I said expected. Sad because I will have install the SCVMM Admin Console on it and also Remote Desktop Connection Manager and use it in my lab and it will not consume more electricity and produce more heat than a Hyper-V server.
