Your PC needs to be repaired

This 64-Bit application couldn't load because your PC doesn't have a 64-Bit Processor. If you're using Windows To Go, make sure your USB device has a version of Windows that's compatible with the PC you're trying to use.

    Error Code: 00xc000035a"

All this when I already have a 64-Bit Genuine Windows 7 home premium installed on my Sony Vaio Lapotop with Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM.

What should i do please help??

Windows 8 throws an error involving winload.exe when it can not boot for any reason.

Sounds to me like you might have to setup VirtualBox better or whatever software you're using. I don't use virtualization, so I can't be more specific.

In your motherboard bios settings, make sure Virtualization is on, or similar. (VT or HAV)

    GMan's right

VT-x (VT or HAV... is the same). Enable it in the bios. In Virtualbox enable VT-x. VMware should detect that automatically. Virtual PC cannot use VT-x (nor Win8). Windows Virtual PC (xp mode) is not ready for Win8.
Hyper-V ... don't know if vt-x needs to be enabled and Parallels is something I dont' use.

What program are you running your VM in?

I have used both VMware Player and Virtual Box! Latest version of them.

    A tip:

As mentioned in Vbox user manual:
Don't run VMware and Virtualbox at the same time when using VT-x/AMD-v.
They can crash the host if using the same cpu resources.

I used them once simultaneously but lucky for me nothing happened (I rolled a good dice that time).
And I stopped running then at the same time when I found out the risks.
