Solved Universal Image Mounter (UIM) not available

Hello, after system reinstall I'm trying to mount old system backup as virtual drive (software supports that) but it complaints about UIM not installed or not available. I think UIM is a part of Windows. How do I restore it?

Probably uninstalling and installing the Paragon product did the trick but I can't say this for sure because alot of other installations on new system were done and maybe UIM is not part of Windows but 3rd party software component. Anyway the problem was solvable.
