    VMware issues??

Just out of curiosity, does anyone have any knowledge with VMware 10 for windows?

I keep encountering an issue when trying to install an iso...

" The CPU has been disabled by the Guest operating system. Power off and reset the machine"

I have other OS's installed with no issue..

Are you trying to run OSX?

Or are you trying to run Hyper-V and VirtualBox or VMWare. You can't. You can only run one at a time. If you enable Hyper-V it takes control of VX and you are stuffed.

You keep asking the same questions - why not say what you want to do?

Pretty sure this is the first time I brought this topic up, but no, im just running vm, not hyper-v, or virtual box, or vmfusion..

And yes im following a link to install OSX, but they have no issues and i seem to have issues that can't be solved

OSX has issues being installed in a VM... especially VMWare. For VMWare, you need to install a patch that makes it work more friendly with OSX.

You will need to follow instructions at the OSX86 Project. However, since you are having trouble installing it on your own, I'm going to assume that you have a valid DVD/ISO and a valid license. So, if you would like to IM me, I can give you more information on how to get a VMWare image with Mavericks already installed on it.
