Installed Windows 8.1 Pro a couple of weeks ago. Its activated, have been manually updating Windows. Now the fun part.
Tried to install some free apps from the MS Store. Had to enter user name and password, then my MS Account, got an code by e-mail I had to confirm, then it tells me my MS Account is already in use on the computer and closes. No free apps.
So just for fun, I created an MS Account for my wife, set her up on the computer and...all the free apps I want. No problem. I have no idea why its being picky. Any ideas?
P.S. In my MS Account, I noticed the only things recognized are phones running Windows and Computer running Windows 10. Nothing showing about Windows 8.1
