Asus laptop bios lock

Asus laptop bios locked

My friend's Asus f450 series laptop got locked by bios accidentaly now can not enter windows. Disassembling laptop is not easy so friends is there any possibility to reset bios without opening it? Please help

With the proof of purchase for laptop and Windows in hand, have your friend take it to a business-oriented local computer fix-it place. The onsite tech probably can do in minutes what would take you and your friend, and us helping with posts, an hour or more.

I have open already and removed cmos battery for 5 and more minutes but its still asking for password or rescue key for 2016/08/06. Please help

You have already been given the information you need, Today's laptops require more that removing the batteries to remove a security password

please do as stated above or contact ASUS who may be able to suggest a technician local to you
