My normal account of the admin group got deleted (don't ask how) while I was trying to make it sign in without password and I was left with only primary account. I made a new one but of course now I don't have everything set as before and would have to do everything again to have it as before.

Mike didn't you sync with OneDrive, that would get you your system settings back, but probably not all your programs and their settings. Or Reimage;). Unless you want to solve this puzzle first of course(I would:D).

You're right, I easily made a new account, most of it got synced but not everything but would still like to see if anything could be done to reverse situation.
I also have image from few days ago when I reinstalled windows from scratch. One problem (actually few) is that some things I have to register again but have limited number registrations. IPTV I'm using would let me delete only one account a month and I'm on that limit of 3 devices already. Same goes for security system and for those two things I'll have to wait whole month to reinstate. Luckily MS Office 2013 stayed activated.
If I could get my account back all of those things wouldn't be a problem. The worst part is that I didn't get to sign in without password and now have two choices to sign in. First one is Administrator account that inform me that password is wrong and only the second one (my new account) asks for password but works. I used "control userpasswords2" as run command to set account options, that worked every time before.

Does the "old" account show up in System properties-user profiles by any chance?

If yes, maybe you can save it that way? I have no idea how but it must be possible, or not?

But yeah it looks like your missing a few accounts and not just your prior. Next time use netplwiz.

I can't seem to find where user accounts are in Windows Folder. I was thinking If you haven't run CCleaner perhaps there is an ".old" folder.(a longshot with lots of guessing)

In "User accounts" there are those two entries:
mymail@hotmail.com HomeUsers group
mymail@hotmail.com Administrator group.

In Users folder I have:
Administrator
Count_000 (that's second one in netplwiz, it's mymail@hotmail.com Administrator)
Mike (the first account as I installed windows)
Public. Now if I could tie this account that I'm using now to "Mike" in users folder, maybe I would get my original settings to work. I can see all of old stuff in that folder. What's even worse is that I don't know which of those two I'm signing in.

I think you're right. I couldn't find anything in the windows folder(unhidden) either. NTFS backs up everything, Windows backs up everything, it all leaves a lot of cruft, but dang, when you need something, poof!!! it's not there.(like a restore point:sarc:)

Reactivated security system but no time for TV anyway, just downloading W10 10162 at the moment. Third update in three days, just can't believe it.

Have you read John's thread? They are going to come faster now, but not every day.
According to Microsoft:
. We’re deciding how long to let each build stay with Windows Insiders so you can really exercise them and send feedback on any problems that you’re hitting. I know many of you have said you’d love daily builds, but it is actually important sometimes to get a few days on a build so that all of the code that does deferred work (like OneDrive sync, search indexing, background updating, etc.) can run and we can get feedback and error reports.
