Your account has been disabled..no other buttons to choose

My problem started yesterday, I got a prompt saying I was logged on with a temporary profile. I tried to fix it by following some online tutorials and the prompt went away but I was still logged in with a temporary profile each time I logged in. I tried to login again this morning and it says my windows password was incorrect but I can login in other device with the same password. I tried to refresh my computer and now I am stuck with a screen that says administrator, not my regular account ,and when I try to login it tells me my account has been disabled and to contact the system admin. There is no other button I can see, I don't even see a shut down button so I don't know where to go from here. I usually use my computer for emails and downloading photos and not very computer smart...as you can probably tell on where I got myself into. Thank you for any advice you can give.
