Windows 8.1 Microsoft Email Account Required

Hi I am David, this is my problem, I let someone setup my Laptop which has Windows 8.1 Installed on it, My Problem is I want to Identify if this guy enter an email address to create my local account, How can I Identify or change that in my laptop?
Or is it possible to create a local account in Windows 8.1 without adding an Microsoft Account on my Laptop, ?

I just discovered this scenario when my mother wants to have her own local account on my laptop, and I discovered that to be able to add another local account, it should have an email account

Please help guys, I am very new in Windows 8.1, I am just worried that someone is spying on me because he added an email address that I don't know, God Bless

Hi David welcome to 8 Forums, You are using a local account otherwise it would show an Email address under your account name.

To add another local account, go to Other accounts and look on the bottom:
