Special Permissions trouble.

Hello everyone.

Let me start off with explaining my problem first, I'll just give you the short version.

So basically I deleted the Profile who had "special permissions" completely. I don't know how I ended up doing that or why .
But since then, my laptop has been freezing in a specific pattern. For example when I boot my laptop and I run a game, it will 8 out of 10 times freeze my laptop completely for about 1-2 minutes. If it doesen't freeze when i start a game, it will later on.
I also tried to do a system restore but it won't allow me since it doesen't have access to a specific file. It says it's most likely because of an antivirus but I uninstalled everything I had. I have performed successful system restores before so this doesen't make sense.

I tried to search for answers but all I get are XP Vista and Win7 solutions, all have some options I don't have on my Win8.
Is there a way to restore this profile with special permissions or can I give myself those permissions?
