After a power failure , I could not have access to my only account (Ron Wolpa) which was administrator (DETAIL : I CAN´T REMEMBER THE PASSWORD I USED DURING INSTALLATION) .
After booting and rebooting many times I could load an empty desktop screen.
I remember to have read an error message stating that the info on my profile could not be found , the exact words I can´t remember :

C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop refers to an unavailable location. …..
IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT WINDOWS TO THE EVENT NOTIFICATION SERVICE , THIS PROBLEM PREVENTS THE ACCESS TO THE STANDARD USERS….

Once in the corrupt desktop (none of my icons loaded, nothing at all ) by luck I gained access to the control panel through an icon on the task bar icon tray.
This enabled me to create a new account , named Emergency , that is where I am now writing this message.

I wished I could repair my old administrator account and spare me the work of reconfiguring everything on my new account that has not admin privileges.
At the point I am , without the admn password , what is the best that could I do ?

Thanks.

I had posted a question but I managed to solve it on my own , that´s reason I edited ...
I managed to recover the password. Through the new account I was able to change user and access my old account.
If I tell you that I booted and rebooted several times succesfully , then this morning NO !
I had to log on my new account and then change user and wait a lot of time. What can be corrupted on the old profile?
Thank you for your support

KYHI, if OP used Ultimate Windows Tweaker 2 or 3, enabled built-in administrator account, could he use that account to fix some of the problems within his other Ron [admin-level] account? I'm wondering if deleting the Ron acct would be best; then re-establish [remake] a Ron [admin or std acct], get it all like he wants; then, last step - delete Emergency acct? I'm probably over-thinking/over-reaching, huh :) :)
