Random hidden account

I have no idea how this happened the bama account i want to delete it does not show in the users in control panel and im trying to do a factory reinstall all i get is a black screen when i click restore or refresh when laptop resets . any help would be much appreciated.

simply put all i wanna do is do a factory reinstall via the partition on the hd. when i try all i get is a black screen. i figured maybe this hidden account has something to do with it
