Need to allow one account control change at logon

Click image for larger versionIn this screenshot you can see what pops up every time this new user logs in to our local network domain. The server name is "goodbuddy" on "TRUCKERSREPORT" domain and it seems to be running some kind of setup right at login every time. I don't want to allow this user admin rights for program changes, but i need to make it so an administrator doesn't have to enter their credentials in this every time this user logs into their computer. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have any idea what the silent setup is doing or why it is in the user's logon script? There is not really a good way to allow an application to run elevated outside of programs like avecto or powerbroker (not cheap) or runasspc (not recommended in a domain environment) or disabling UAC altogether which is a terrible way to skirt the windows security model.

I'm not sure what sort of access you have but the best bet would be to find out why this program needs to run in this manner and work around that instead.

Well I have full access to the server. I'm just new to this particular situation. Can you give me any tips on what to look for? It's a Server 2003 machine. I am not sure where I would look into what that setup does or if we still need it to run. I sort of took over as admin when we down-sized, so I'm not fully aware of the old situation they had. I do know they used to use it for mail too but we don't use it for that anymore. We are only using the server for a shared database, folders, and internet out. Thanks

I managed to find the login script and the setup program, but i am unable to tell what it does exactly.Would that be inside the config file I assume? Click image for larger version

Turns out Windows 8.1 did not need this script any longer so I just turned it off.
