Giving specific applications administrator level power

I have a normal standard account on my Win8 and have the admin level password. On the normal account, steam can start and run games easily. However, Origin (by EA) does not. Every time I try to log into origin, it wants the administrator level password, which is annoying.

I tried changing the settings on the standard user account. However, it still asks for the admin password every time I open Origin. Is there a way to give standard users administrator level power for just origin?

As you found out, setting an app to always Run as administrator only sets it to run elevated after being prompter by UAC to approve.

I'm not sure how this will work with a game, but you might see if you may be able to use the same method in the tutorial below to create an elevated shortcut that will allow a standard user to run it elevated without getting a UAC prompt.
