Picture Password

Okay so I have a problem, I had a picture password, but it hid itself, since I got it wrong to many times. I do not have a pin password, regular password, password reset disc, and I cannot enter the bios. So my question is, how do I get to my picture password, without a the choice to enter my computer, since I forgot my password. Let me give the details. I go to my picture password, and get it wrong to many times, so it then closes the window and goes to the regular password screen, but there are no sign in options. But In the password settings it says the picture password is still there, so is the picture password hidden, deleted, or do you have to be in the password settings to get it back? Keep in mind I have forgotten my regular password, and do not have a pin password.

After restarting the PC, do you have a Sign in options link under the password field to click on to select an alternative sign in option?

If this is for a Microsoft account, then you could also use step 2 and 5 in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below to reset the password from any computer.
