Issues with Enabling windows 8 administrator

I was attempting to delete a user as admin on my hp laptop and in the process, wiped out all administrators. I have no clue how, but I can not even enable the hidden admin. I have tried every tutorial I could find with no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
