how to enable administrator with user permissions

hello there
as you know in windows 8 there is no administrator account enabled by default!and it have to be enabled manually!
is there any way to enable this account without administrator power?is there any application to do that while system startup?anything like Hiren's boot cd?!

Hello Saeed, and welcome to Eight Forums.

When you setup Windows, you setup an administrator account by default. This is not the same as the built-in elevated "Administrator" account.

Are you not able to sign in to your administrator account that you setup during Windows Setup?

dear brink,the default account is not administrator!the problem is that i cannot make the user administrator through windows by normal ways!i need a solution to make the user administrator out of windows!sth like when we reset the "administrator" password!

i do not know exactly!i have lost administrator power in my administrator user!and now i have only one account that is "user" only!and the disabled "administrator "account!

In addition to the above. If your Windows was installed using legacy BIOS then you can use the Hiren's boot cd to reset it. If not, There are third party programs that allow you to reset your user's account and make you an administrator. Here's one of them:
Lazesoft Recover My Password - Blank Windows administrator password. Clear Windows XP VISTA 2000 2003 2008 and newest Windows 7 logon password. Windows Password Recovery Freeware. . This program will support both legacy BIOS and UEFI
