I have two Admin accounts on Windows 8.1 and able to access Documents of other Account. There is a security issues as sometimes if anyone else access my Laptop from my Second Account then the person can open all documents in Documents folder of my Main Windows 8.1 account. Both the Windows Accounts has Administrator privileges and I want to restrict access from different account accessing my Documents. Note that both accounts are Password protected.
The only true way to prevent the other account from being able to access anything it wants is to change it to be a standard user account type instead of being an administrator.
What is the full folder path of this Documents folder?
Double check to see what you have set for the folder's permissions and share settings to see if you may have that standard account, Users, or Everyone allowed to access it.
The main issue is fixed but there is other problem... When I login to other account and launches a exe file from within the Users folder of Second Account or starts a software then it asks for Authorization from main account. Way to allow launching of softwares and flawless working from second account with softwares?
If this is just a standalone .exe file that isn't an installed program, then you might keep files that you want to share between the accounts in a "C:\Users\Public" folder instead. This way there will not be any access permission issues.
