Cant log into my computer ( User account lost? )

When i go to turn on my computer it will load and then it will go to the log in page.
After it done that it will load my user account and it will pop up with an error saying user account cant be located.
Iv tried going into the computer via safe mode etc and creating a new account with admin permission and i wont work.

Help please

Did you manually move or rename your "C:\Users\(user-name)" user profile folder, or change it in the registry?

For now, you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to undo and fix this.
