Windows 8.1 UAC Credential Prompt

I work at a school and we are rolling out laptops to students, whilst they are at school they will be on the school domain, then removed when they leave, we are creating a generic local account for the students to use at home i.e user.

This user will be apart of the administrators group, as a security measure we want uac to prompt for credentials when they install anything

is this possible?
