I'm having a problem on one user profile whose password and PIN settings do not seem to be sticking. Prior to me linking her account to her MS account, she had a fairly straightforward password set but every now and then it failed to work and I had to log into my account in order to change it. Then after linking her MS account, I set a PIN and the same thing has started to happen to the PIN.
It's hugely inconvenient.
Can anyone think of a possible resolution please?
